People in Calgary’s Fairview neighbourhood are desperate for some kind of intervention to keep the peace on their street. Many say one house in particular has been a nightmare of chronic problems. At the same time, the Calgary Police Service won’t say how often they’ve been to the house or what they’re able to do about it. Cami Kepke reports.
