While some much-needed rain has helped keep wildfires close to Yellowknife at bay, strong winds are fanning wildfires near communities in the southern Northwest Territories. Jeff Semple reports from Hay River on the concerns about the volatile situation, as military reinforcements arrive to fight the flames.
