Southern California cleaning up after tropical storm Hilary

Cleanup is underway in southern California after tropical storm Hilary soaked several cities, being the first such weather system to hit the state in over eight decades. Jackson Proskow reports on California’s deluge, the earthquake which shook Los Angeles soon afterwards, and the unexpected upside of the record-breaking rainfall.
