Despite flight delays from the Northwest Territories following an evacuation order on Wednesday, the first wave of families impacted by the devastating wildfires around Yellowknife arrived in Calgary, Alberta. Both WestJet and Air Canada have added flights and increased capacity to existing journeys to help the evacuation process. Global’s Sarah Offin has the latest.
