Less Canadians to spend money on back-to-school shopping this year, study finds

With school returning in September, many families throughout Canada are scaling back on back-to-school shopping. As Vanessa Wright reports, a recent survey found that only one-in-four Canadians will go shopping for supplies in anticipation of the upcoming school year.
