Social worker suggests MAID to woman seeking help for depression

A woman who went to Vancouver General Hospital with suicidal thoughts is speaking out about her experience after she says a clinician asked if she’d ever considered medical assistance in dying. As Christa Dao reports, the suggestion was made after hearing it would be a long wait to see a psychiatrist.
