Dr. Michael Ellery, a clinical psychologist in Winnipeg, discussed Thursday the challenges brought on by the Liquor Mart closures for individuals struggling with alcohol dependency issues. "Symptoms of serious long-term addiction similar to a bad hangover present themselves as late as a week after quitting," he said.
