Manitoba RCMP public information officer Tara Seel reminded all Manitoba motorists on Thursday not to engage in high-risk driving behaviour, including impaired driving, and to wear their seatbelts, “because the chances of surviving a collision are exponentially higher if a seatbelt is worn.”
