The countdown is officially on for everyone who uses vapes in Quebec. Health Minister Christian Dubé announced Wednesday that as of October 31st, stores will no longer be able to sell flavoured vape products. The province has published its new list of regulations and as Global Dan Spector reports, the fiery debate over the cigarette alternative rages on.
