Prime Minister Justin Trudeau addressed the housing crisis in Canada on Monday while speaking to media in Hamilton, Ont., saying that cities and provinces need to “step up” to find solutions. He said housing is not a “primary” responsibility of the federal government but that it is something that Ottawa “can and must help with.”
