Description
July 30, 2023
As the Metro strike continues into its second day, some workers on the picket line say they can’t afford groceries at their own stores, and that they have to work a second job or rely on a food bank. With just a day left in July, many global climate experts have already concluded that this has been the hottest month ever recorded, with more heat alerts expected in the coming week. In Qatar, an Estonian athlete has completed the world’s longest single-building slack line as he crossed a new 150-metre line.
