Manitoba Hydro-Electric board chair Edward Kennedy discussed the upcoming integrated resource plan aimed at meeting emission-reduction goals following the province's clean energy roadmap announcement on Friday. Kennedy added that he also hopes to see "advocacy on federal regulations in order to make the transition to clean energy financially sustainable."
