After killing dozens in Philippines, prompting landslides, shutting down grocery stores and businesses across Taiwan, typhoon Doksuri swept through eastern China on Thursday. Though it is slowly beginning to weaken, Doksuri’s course is expected to continue through to China’s northwest regions this weekend.
