Habitat for Humanity Northumberland is expanding its pick-up program after receiving more than $82,000 in provincial funding for a new truck. Northumberland-Peterborough South MPP David Piccini and Ontario's Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport Neil Lumsden joined Habitat officials to unveil the truck on Monday. The vehicle will help Habitat pick up items such as new and used furniture, appliances, decor and other home improvement building supplies.
