Toronto Police Special Investigations Unit spokesperson Kristy Denette spoke to media on Wednesday, outlining an incident in which an officer shot at a suspect on Tuesday. During the incident, Denette said, one of their K9 service dogs named Bingo was shot and killed while searching for the armed suspect.
