Nova Scotia flooding: Officials give update as 3 months of rainfall received in under 24 hours

Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston said three months worth of rain fell in less than 24 hours, during a Saturday update regarding the severe flooding hitting the Halifax area. He added a state of emergency has also been invoked, and that two children are currently unaccounted for.
