Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre responded to the announcement that notorious serial killer and rapist Paul Bernardo will stay in a medium-security prison on Thursday, claiming that “when” he becomes Canadian Prime Minister, he will reverse Bill C83 to keep mass murders in maximum-security penitentiaries “for the rest of their lives.”
