Superbug sniffer dogs are newest recruits at Vancouver General Hospital

Two-year-old springer spaniels named Arti and Anton are the newest recruits to join a team of dog detectives at the Canines for Care scent detection program at VGH. The dogs are trained to sniff out C. diff in order to reduce the rate of the bacteria spreading at the hospital.
