Frank Whiteley, a 59-year-old Halifax man, reunited with a group of paramedics and a bystander who were quick to respond when he began suffering a cardiac arrest on a bench on Quinpool Road in June. As Vanessa Wright reports, paramedics say situations like this are a reminder of the importance of knowing how to provide basic medical assistance.
