Montreal surveils damage after major summer storm
Description
July 14, 2023
A month's worth of rain fell in the span of two hours Thursday, according to the City of Montreal. The heavy rain overwhelmed much of the city's sewer system, leaving hundreds of homes and streets flooded. As Global's Brayden Jagger Haines reports, major improvements to the infrastructure are coming but are they enough to keep up with the ever-changing climate.
