Social media users shared footage and images of what appeared to be a tornado forming in the Barrhaven area in Ottawa on Thursday as Environment Canada issued a tornado warning in the region. According local police, officers and emergency services warned of potential road closures due to fallen trees and electrical wires and will be assessing damage.
