Lt. Christopher Zamora with the Houston Department said Thursday that Rudolph “Rudy” Farias had returned home a day after he was reported missing in Texas in 2015, despite reports by his mother that he was still missing. Police said that Rudy and his mother, Janie Santana, had provided police with “fictitious names” but that the District Attorney has opted not to lay charges at this time.
