We check in with Halifax-based card authenticator Brad Hartlin of PSA Canada, who was part of a team that recently flew to California to authenticate and grade the much talked about ‘One Ring” Magic: The Gathering card from the Lord of The Rings series. There is talk the one-of-a-kind card could sell for as much as $2 million.
