An organization helping people experiencing homelessness and addictions is expanding, as it continues to offer services off of the Halifax peninsula. Souls Harbour Rescue Mission is now offering a drop-in centre in Lower Sackville to help meet a growing demand. As Callum Smith reports, the new programming is in addition to other services already set up.
