Saint John calls on provincial government to offer support in creating winter shelter

The city of Saint John, N.B., is calling on the provincial government to do more to address homelessness during the winter months. As Zack Power reports, local councillors are looking for a permanent solution after a shelter which accommodates about 50 people will no longer be an option.
