Surrey Mayor Brenda Locke is asked by Global News reporter Janet Brown at a press conference Monday if she feels Solicitor General Mike Farnworth is bullying her because she is a woman. Locke says, "I have never, ever used the gender card, but in this case, I absolutely think there is misogyny going on, no doubt in my mind."
