Quebec introduces new housing

Quebec has introduced a new housing bill, that among other changes, will make it harder for tenants to transfer their leases. Tenant’s rights activist Catherine Lussier joins Global’s Laura Casella with more on Bill 31, and how it could affect renters amidst the current affordable housing crisis.
