Central Okanagan Food Bank says May saw the highest demand for help in its 35 year history
Description
June 14, 2023
It is a concerning trend as demand at the Central Okanagan Food Bank continues to grow, while the rising numbers may not be a surprise given the state of the economy, just how many people are turning to the food bank for help is somewhat shocking. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the food bank just marked its busiest month on record.
