NDP leader Jagmeet Singh on Wednesday asked how Canada’s Public Safety Minister Marco Mendicino could “keep the country safe” and “his house in order,” when it came to whether or not he knew ahead of time about moving serial killer Paul Bernardo to a medium-security prison. Mendicino was allegedly only made aware of the move a day after Bernardo’s prison transfer.
