Mohamed Al-Rahawi attended court on Thursday to lay eyes on the driver he says nearly killed him. As Catherine McDonald reports, the driver was charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm and failing to remain at the scene of an accident. But, Al-Rahawi says what happened that night was no accident and claims it started when he became the victim of a so-called taxi scam.
