Winnipeg Police Service data analyst Dave Bowman responded to the data released in the 2022 annual crime stats report on Tuesday. Bowman identified the return of violent, property and youth crime to pre-pandemic upward trend, as well as repeat criminal activity amongst offenders on bail.
