How to find a summer job for high school students: EPC Peterborough
Description
May 30, 2023
It's the end of May and many high school students are getting things in order to apply and interview for summer employment.
Former student job counselling programs funded by the province of Ontario are no longer available, and have not been for a few years now. That means resourcefulness, if you want your summer job to fulfill more than just your bank account.
Teresa Kaszuba speaks with Nancy Thompson from Employment Planning and Counselling in Peterborough to find some direction in the search and share important pointers for students looking for those summer and part time jobs.
