Halifax Fire Deputy Chief Dave Meldrum provided an update Monday on a fast-moving wildfire that was discovered on Sunday afternoon. Around 14,000 people have had to be evacuated and a number of homes in the Tantallon and Hammonds Plains areas have been destroyed or are at risk of damage.
