Edmonton travelers seeking compensation after WestJet reaches tentative deal with pilots

WestJet and its pilots have reached a last-minute deal to avoid a strike just before the May-long weekend. The airline is working to keep the departure board clear of cancellations but as Chris Chacon explains some passengers are still left without a flight and are scrambling to get compensated.
