Saskatoon Fire and Emergency Fire Service Instructor Trevor Warren discussed the exercises and objectives behind the annual "Train the Trainer" course on Thursday. Some exercises included simulated emergency situations in untenable environments with blacked-out face mask to practice self rescue. Warren said the purpose of the course is to give responders the tools to eventually train others.
