B.C.'s Housing Minister Ravi Kahlon said Monday that the forensic audit into BC Housing found that rules were routinely not followed between BC Housing and Atira Women's Resource Society when both CEOs of the two organizations were, and still are, married. Kahlon said BC Housing protocols are in place for a reason and these must be followed.
