Major rush hour delays expected due to collision involving semi transporting crane

Winnipeg police constable Jason Michalyshyn reported on Tuesday that traffic travelling westbound down Portage Avenue will be diverted at Wall Street due to a serious collision. Michalyshyn said “a semi carrying a crane of some sort made contact with the overpass.” Rush-hour commuters leaving downtown should expect major delays.
