Trudeau defends NYC trip amid PSAC strike, says he’s ‘intimately involved’ in negotiations

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau defended his trip to New York City as the strike by Canada’s public servants continues, saying he has been “intimately involved” in the negotiations and has “deep faith” in collective bargaining. He also said their negotiators have been putting forward “serious” offers.
