The province and Metrolinx admitted that there is no timeline for the completion of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT after years of disruption, construction and a number of quality deficiencies. They say there are hundreds of issues with the quality of work done – including the way the tracks were laid. Matthew Bingley has more from City Hall.
