Calgary Mayor Jyoti Gondek announced on Tuesday that officials have reached a deal in principle to replace the aging Scotiabank Saddledome, after a unanimous vote in January 2022. "A great deal of work has taken place to bring us to this milestone day," Gondek said. “Thank you for engaging and participating in this game-changing project.”
