Some tenants of an Île-Perrot apartment complex are still without power, two weeks after a major ice storm in Quebec. There is water damage and electricity had to be cut off for safety reasons. But as Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports, many of the residents say the building’s management company is not making things easier.
