Environment and Climate Change Canada meteorologist Terri Lang spoke on Monday about a special weather statement calling for 10 to 20 cm of snow expected to hit areas west of Regina and the Eastern Red River Valley. Environment Canada's reports said the snow that arrives on Tuesday afternoon will be mixed with rain and the heaviest snow is expected to fall early Wednesday morning.
