Harris Green Village gets Victoria council approval

A new development project in Victoria has been approved by city council, and it’s expected to transform the area. The three-phase ‘Harris Green Village’ project became a hot topic at city hall after council asked the developer to reduce the number of parking stalls. Richard Zussman has more.
