No sector of society has escaped the impact of BC's unaffordable housing crisis -- and that includes our arts and culture sector. Two Vancouver art studios and incubators are finding out just how difficult it is to hold onto or find new spaces -- given the harsh reality of the current real estate market. Kamil Karamali reports.
