Hundreds of thousands of households across the greater Montreal area remain in the dark after Wednesday’s powerful spring ice storm. As Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports, Hydro-Quebec is working around the clock to restore power and is hopeful the majority of customers on the island will have power by the end of Friday.
