Saskatchewan farmer and vice-president of Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan(APAS) Bill Prybylski reflected on the late spring facing producers across the province. Prybylski said the impacts of the late spring are felt in many ways, forcing farmers to build in the costs of extra feed for cattle or pivoting to short-season crops.
