Nova Scotia MLA planning legal action after calls to remove her over NDA debate

A motion put forward by the PC Party is causing controversy at the legislature in Nova Scotia. Last week, an independent MLA accused the PC caucus of previously forcing an NDA on a former staffer. The PC party says that’s false and has put forward a motion to have Cumberland North MLA Elizabeth Smith-McCrossin apologize or face expulsion from the House. Alicia Draus reports.
