RCMP response expected as final Nova Scotia shooting report set to be released

The RCMP’s response to the tragedy in April 2020 will also come back into focus when the Mass Casualty Commission releases its final report. The police force has faced intense scrutiny for its delays in getting warnings out to the public about the shooter who was driving a mock RCMP cruiser. Skye Bryden-Blom reports.
