Delays plague vehicle repair industry

It might be a particularly bad time to get into a crash on the Lower Mainland, with some drivers waiting months to get their ride back from the repair shop. A labour shortage, lack of spare parts, and the complexity of modern vehicles are combining to cause massive waits for consumers. Emad Agahi reports.
