Bloc Québécois leader Yves-François Blanchet reacted Tuesday to the Liberal government’s 2023 budget by saying they wouldn’t support it because it wouldn’t “acknowledge the fact that the provinces and Quebec need 35 per cent of the total budget in health care to support the system and make it minimally good enough for the services it has to provide.”
